Ketchup

Course Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp honey or agave
  • ¾ cup white distilled vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • tsp salt
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pot
  • Stir to combine on medium heat
  • Drop heat to low and simmer covered for 30 minutes
  • Store in fridge in a mason jar

Notes

This recipe can be vegan if you use agave syrup.
Feel free to add more sweetener if you like a sweeter ketchup
