Ketchup
Course Sauce
Ingredients
- 12 oz tomato paste
- 2 tbsp honey or agave
- ¾ cup white distilled vinegar
- ½ cup water
- 1½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pot
- Stir to combine on medium heat
- Drop heat to low and simmer covered for 30 minutes
- Store in fridge in a mason jar
Notes
This recipe can be vegan if you use agave syrup.
